Top 10 Online MBA Programs

We assembled this list from a number of published college ranking and rating surveys, in many cases seeking out top ranked business schools that also happen to have an online grad school. The top ten online MBA programs, in no particular order:

Thunderbird School of Global Management actually has some required time spent studying in on-site seminars both in the US and abroad, but delivers 90% of their 19 month program in the virtual classroom.

Duke University has a twenty month program that includes nine one-week stints on campus.

University of Florida's online MBA program is available as a two year or one year option, requiring eight weekend campus visits or five visits, respectively.

Indiana University's Internet MBA program can be completed in two to five years. There are two on-site campus clinics that last one week each.

Penn State World Campus has a two year online MBA program that includes an internship with a corporation and a week's visit to the campus.

Babson College in Massachusetts combines online classes with two-day campus seminars every six weeks - held in both Massachusetts and Portland, Oregon.

University of Massachusetts/Amherst has a two year online MBA program that has no on-site requirements whatsoever.

Northeastern University has taken its MBA program online, a two year program that offers eight areas of specialization.

The University of Texas/Dallas School of Management offers an online MBA program that distance learning students usually complete in 29 months.

The University of Michigan/Dearborn has an online MBA program with a limited number of electives for specialization.
