A Master's in Instructional Technology is an excellent way for working teachers to move forward in their career. This well-rounded degree involves training in classroom content, literacy development, planning and management strategies, application of new technology and media within the classroom, working relationships, and how to better observe and understand each student's unique needs and abilities. Students of this degree will also further learn leadership skills and methods for productively contributing to one's educational institution.
