Argosy University in Florida
There are two campuses in Florida that are part of the Argosy University network. Both are located on the state's western coast, in Tampa and in Sarasota. The Tampa-St. Petersburg area is a major municipal center for the state, where the growth has been outshone only by Orlando. The Tampa campus offers degree programs in Psychology, Counselor Education, Marriage & Family Therapy, Organizational Leadership, Education, Business and Criminal Justice.The Sarasota location also offers a distance-learning format that blends online course work and intensive one-week and weekend classroom sessions. While the degree options are similar to Tampa, students in the education, business, and counseling programs at this location can complete up to 80% of their course work online, while the students in psychology programs can complete up to 49% of their course work online.
