The Argosy University campus in Virginia is in an excellent location amidst the enormous Northern Virginia suburban area that is across the Potomac River from Washington, DC. The Arlington campus is in a town on the Potomac shore, which makes it accessible from the District itself, from the suburbs stretching through Tyson's Corner and Manassas, and from the southern Maryland suburbs of the Capitol as well.The federal government is the largest employer in this area, as might be expected. However there is a substantial tech industrial cluster in Reston, Virginia and the adjoining areas around Dulles International Airport. Someone with a degree in the IT field should find job opportunities in either.
