About Grand Canyon University Bachelor Degree Programs:
Grand Canyon University's academic organization is divided into four departments, all of which have several Bachelor's Degrees. In the College of Humanities and Social Sciences there are programs for Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, in Christian Studies, in History and in English Literature. They offer Bachelor of Science degrees in Sociology, Psychology and Justice Studies.
The College of Nursing and Health Sciences offers five variations of the Bachelor's in Biology degree that are for pre-med, pre-physician's assistant, pre-physical therapist and so forth. In addition there are Bachelor of Science degrees in Addiction Counseling, in Nursing, Physical Education and Respiratory Care.
The College of Business covers its field thoroughly with eight Bachelor of Science degrees. Majors include Accounting, Marketing, Entrepreneurial Studies, Business Administration and four others. There are also two Certificate programs in Emergency Management.
The College of Education has the three Bachelor of Science degrees that are usually offered for aspiring teachers: those include the fields of Elementary Education, Special Education and Secondary Education.
