The Art Institutes in Minnesota
The Art Institute of Minnesota is located in Minneapolis, central to students living in the state's largest metropolitan area. Academic options at this campus and others maintained by the Art Institutes include four principal schools of study: Culinary, Design, Fashion and the Media Arts. While these options may sound esoteric, they are very much oriented to today's job market. Within the school of Media Arts are majors such as Broadcasting and Web Design. In the Design field there are options for Industrial Design that include learning skills in Computer Aided Design (CAD); an essential skill in new product development, project management or production.
