Most people who pursue a degree in education want to teach, want to teach about teaching or want some sort of administrative opportunity in the education field. The University of Phoenix has educational programs for all aspirants in education.

From teacher on up, the level of education required by most school systems is a masters' degree. The University of Phoenix has fourteen choices in its masters of education program, with specializations for the broad spectrum of educational professions that exist today. There are options for a masters' in education with specialization in adult education, distance education, computer education, curriculum and instruction, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education with licensure preparation, and special education.

That is only a partial list. The curriculum experts at the University of Phoenix looked carefully at both teaching requirements and needed skills for new teachers before preparing their education degree programs.
