About University of Phoenix Graduate Degree Programs:

The University of Phoenix has designed its graduate degree programs to support individuals who have good career orientation and who either need to enhance their existing educational achievements or wish to change careers. This particular academic focus does not include many of the graduate programs that you might find at a traditional university - on the other hand, the graduate programs at the University of Phoenix might seem much too practical for some academic environments.

The masters' degrees available through the University of Phoenix are focused on business, education, healthcare and technology. There are nine specialization choices in the MBA program, career choices such as accounting, global management, public administration, marketing, technology and human resources management. There is also an MBA program that is taught in Spanish.

The Masters' Degrees in Education program provides options as well. Students pursuing this degree may specialize in Curriculum and Instruction, Mathematics, Education Technology, ESL, English and Language Arts, and so on. There are a number of programs specifically designed to provide the needed classroom credits for a teaching credential.

In healthcare, a student may obtain a Masters' Degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, Gerontology, Health Care Education and a number of health administration specializations. Graduate degrees in the technology area include information systems, networks, information security and a number of other digital specialties.
