ACI puts a focus on small classes and accelerated hands-on learning, and it really pay off. The staff here is awesome, career placement seems helpful, and there's active training at du Jour (the school's own open-to-the-public fine dining restaurant -- discounts for students!) All in all, it's a great learning experience.
