      i am a Vet currently enrolled at CHI in Philadelphia, Franklin Mills. I strongly anyone who is seriously looking to get a well rounded education from the Electrical program to not consider that institution. They do have a few good teachers but what the teachers there have to put with is just plain Ridiculous. I truly believe the managers of that school are not truly interested in turning out well rounded students in their field because their hire not so qualified teachers, and the good ones they do have are underpaid and overworked. The school is more interested in keeping a good appearance than focusing and dedicated everything possible in truly educating the student to the fullest. VETS BE WARN, stay away from that institution if you value a well rounded institution and a stress free learning environment without the managers running the school like a Gestapo institution.
