NEVER would I recommened any one go to school at the Sacramento,CA.I am a student now and I have no instructor to teach me the hardest course which is candy.The class they wanted me to go to was from 2:30pm-7pm being a new parent and working its impossible to go to this class. They give you a recipe book that you think you will use but then you hardly ever use it because the chef give you a "addendum" with recipes in it they tell us dont use the ones in the book. From the 1st day i started they put me in the wrong class. Not only that I signed up 4months in advance and worked my schedule out with my boss then I got a phone call a week before school started that class was from 12-5 but when I signed up it was suppose to be 6am-11pm I almost lost my job and I was prgnant. I just wanna get school over with since this is my last class so if it means i sit in the back with no one to tech me i guess im just going to do my best. Another thing for women that are prgnant and going to enrole if you take a leave of absence because your going to have your baby soon leave before your next class will start beacause I left in the middle and none of my grades or the work i did count i had to start over. But like all the lies they told I would pick up were i left off. That never happened. Good luck to any one that enrolls into this school be carefull and have everything in writting. There so much more that Ive had a problem with this school but I can only write so much.
