DO NOT! i repeat DO NOT waste your time going here for the electrical program. the teachers couldnt be bothered with actually teaching anything. youre better off going to the book store and picking up a do it yourself guide. the teachers read verbatim out of the books. on top of the lack of teaching the $26,000 i spent to go here is not being used to buy the supplies needed to complete even the simplest task. the financial aid department is of no use whatsoever. THIS IS A FOR PROFIT SCHOOL! THAT IS ALL THAT THEY CARE ABOUT! dont get caught up in the same s&!t show that i did. to top it all off the majority of students in here are criminals who have done hard time in prison for armed robbery to drug trafficing. not to mention the medical assisting teacher who was arrested for beating her child in public. thanks for reading i hope it helps.

I am a straight A student at P&C and I wish someone warned me before I started.Porter and Chester is a for profit school? They are interested ONLY in their profits. Students seem to be way down on their list of concerns. Try a different school.

I think the evning computer networking class is no good the instructors are nice, but very little hands on the Servers and switches they have we rarely touch, the only time we had hands on was when we had networking semester, the equipment was outdated, didn't even imploment a server, just in thery take the day class it's much better and more hands on. Don't waste your money on the evning class.
