The worst level of education available. I had an easier time with mail in schools. I am an A student the assignments were not the problem. THEIR entire system for financing was less than acceptable. From the Busar's office to the Financial Aid office. They have no communication between offices and I withdrew after the first two bogus classes. DONT ignore the negative feedback as I did. I thought oh it will be ok. It wasn't. It's a joke.

This Walden program has been the worst experience ever. I have several degrees in education. I am a very diligent and self-motivated student. However, the timeliness in response from professors is next to impossible. They are working with so many students that they are not effectively assisting the students that are currently enrolled in the program. I cannot believe that I have wasted almost $50K on this program.

Walden's Human Service/KAM program lacks consistency and professors who can support students through their studies. I found their example of how to assess and compose data, demonstrated during one of the residencies, shockingly amateurish and in no way related to any scientific method I know of. My faculty mentor would not return my emails in a timely manner, and I was never able to contact an academic advisor that could give my advice about the program I was attending, and the one assigned to me NEVER returned phone calls or emails. While this is a legit school, it has the highest tuition rates that I found for the Doctoral degree I sought, and poorly organized and supported services. I've already found a much better program at Arizona State, with a better rep and half the price of Walden. Walden has been a huge waste of time and money, I am no malcontent, but someone with a Master's and many years of experience in research at a major state university. Sure there is rigor at Walden, but from my viewpoint, it is meaningless rigor and not based in true science or academia.
