Important information for everyone who has been scammed by Westwood College.

There has been a class action filed against Westwood for their immoral activities in lying to and taking advantage of students as well as giving graduates useless degree that are not worth the paper they are printed on. This particular class action was filed on behalf of current and former Westwood students nationwide.

The more people who step up and submit their story to this attorney, the more proof they have of what this school is doing and the better the chances of stopping them as well as hopefully correcting some of the damage that they have done.

I as gullible enough to apply to this fake college. After searching around, hoping to get into a bachelor?s program where I could move into management, I was contacted by a Westwood representative by the name of Ben who told me nothing but lies and mislead me during the application process. Yes, at the time, they were seeking Regional Accreditation. They had their ACICS accreditation but I was told by the recruiter that they were way past the point of candidacy and it would be only a short time before they were Regionally accredited. False promises, lies about their accreditation and several years later, I graduated. Took my degree to my current employer and after HR review, they explained to me since they do not have Regional accreditation, I was out of luck and could not be considered for management. My employer would not even allow me to apply for educationally assistance or reimbursement because this ?college? was not a valid institution. Outrageous tution, scam and fraud.

I am currently attending Westwood College and so far i love this school. I am going for my bachelor's in criminal justice. All of my cj teachers are either still in the field or have great knowledge of it. They take us on field trip and everything we do is hands on. I highly recommend this college!

Westwood is only aout money. I have the GI Bill and have been dropped twice from my classes for not filling out financial iad paper work. After 2 semester I start getting e-mails about not fillinf out forms. I have the GI Bill which covered everything accept for books, and I paid out of pocket for them, so why did I need to fill out forms. After droppong me the first time, Westwood requested payment from VA after I was dropped. I was reenrolled and got a new financial aid advisor and again I was dropped. Please do not attend. They do not know what they are doing in financial aid office.
